Return window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Condition

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• For hygiene reasons, sleepwear must not have been worn.

Not eligible for return

• Made-to-measure or personalised pieces (crafted specifically for you).
• Worn, washed, or damaged items.
• Items marked final sale.
